Mr. Akkshay G. Mehta - is a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai
University. Mr. Mehta has also completed his Chartered Accountancy and is
an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad with distinction. He founded Mission Vivacare Ltd.
in 1992. He now overseas the entire operations of the Organization as Managing
Director of the Company and specifically looks after the Marketing area. He also takes keen
interest in the New Product Development area for the Organization.
Mr. Mehta is aggressively driving the Organisation with his keen vision and long
experience in the business. |

Mr. C. V. Bijlani - is a Graduate in Arts & has completed various Courses like Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Course of International Banking, Society Generale De France, Course in European Currency Issues, Asia Development Bank, Euro-Notes and Revolving Underwriting Facilities, etc. He has served various reputed organizations like State Bank of India, SBI Capital Markets Limited, Jaipur Udyog Limited, etc. at Senior positions. He retired as Executive Vice President in IndusInd Bank Limited. He is now a consultant on Financial and Banking related matters.
He is member of Associate of Merchant Bankers of India, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Forum of Private Merchant Bankers of India & Corporate Debt Restructuring Forum of Bankers. |

Mr. N. Hariharan - is an Economics graduate from Mumbai University & has done ICWA. He has been associated with the Indian Express Group for a number of years and has eventually retired as its Director and Company Secretary. He was also General Manager & Vice President of the Star Group of Companies and has worked for various Government authorities and Company Law Boards. He is now a consultant on Company Law matters.
He has founded institutions like Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Dharmishta Mithran, etc. and is also associated with various Philanthropic Institutions and their activities. |
